anyone got any? my bi's are pretty good for my age and i want to get my forearms bigger.

My question was in relation to his statement of "My bi's are good for my age". Re-read the post.
I'm well aware of forearm exercises
oh, and to add something useful:
there's a lot more you can do for your forearms than wrist curls
your biceps are pretty good when you press them against your side
although i dont like making fun of people, search for this guys post in the main forum
yea, cause i definately pushed it up against my side, idiot.
you loop the middle section of the string into the hole of plates and peg the T joint through the loop to lock it. You either need strong front delts or don't mind bloody shins to take full advantage of it though
