forearm splints

    I'm getting forearm splints VERY bad, to the point of where it's start to hurt even when i'm not lifting weights, but just doing normal stuff around the house.

    Other than taking a break from lifting, are there any ways to speed up the healing process? Heat? Ice? Medicine?

    you are doing too many curls...stretch your forearms between sets
