Anyone else experience forearm pain after working out? I'm pretty sure it's from doing curls but I use good form and switched to DBs so I don't know what's up. It's only my left forearm and it only hurts when I push against something or turn my arm over (palm down to palm up). Is this something I should be concerned about? Any remedies?

Good idea. Are they as effective as regular curls?

Been working out about 6 months now and the pain only started in the last couple of months. It's not soreness or anything like that, it feels more like it's the bones hurting.

Yep right after I put the weights down my forearms ache. I'll look up some stretches and try that, thanks.
