    The UAW is putting all of the domestic auto makers out of business. GM spends more on healthcare than steel.

    Yep, greedy unions are choking them to death. Domestic makers started building plants down there in the late 70's/early 80's and more and more will be moved there to get away from them. Can't say I really blame them, it's either move production or go bankrupt.
