for those with jobs.. what time do you usually work out and for how long

    It used to be a bitch to wake up early to go work out before work... If I went after work.. the gym would be full.......but now that I am laid off, I go around 1-2pm... the gym is empty.. it's great :bowdown:

    I go either before or after work depending on shift, my gym doesn't get that full

    I work from home now, so I usually go to the gym around 12 or 1pm, right after the lunch crowd blows out. I hate people

    early morning workouts are fine if you get up early enough to eat breakfast and it only takes a couple weeks to get used to it.

    Right after work, which is usually 5:30pm. My workouts never last longer than 1hr.

    Work 7-4 workout at 8pm. Crowds are just starting to die down when I get there.

    Workouts are usually no longer then 1 hour.

    wake up 5:20, work out from 5:50 or so till 6:50, go home, get ready, work until whenever

    work from 730-400 wed thur - school 430-7pm / gym 8 - 10pm
    fri - sun off, usually doing homework

    work 9 or 10am - 4 or 5pm
    gym 6:30-7pm or so

    It's a little crowded at that time, but nothing that really gets in my way. Only occasionally I have to wait for someone, but I can usually do something else in the mean time.

    In school from 8 or 9 am and get home about 11am. . Work from 1pm to 7:45-8:30pm , get home eat then leave for the gym around 10p. Usually home by about 11-11:30

    I usually work out after class at 3. I work in the morning before class or on friday all day because I donth have class. Usually in there for an hour or so. 30-45 minuites if I'm rolling solo.

    I lift around 7/730. There's a lot of people but since I'm lifting by myself I can bounce around. Sometimes I'll have to wait for the squat rack, in which case I just bounce around because i'm all sorts of hyped up on jack3d which is probably annoying for the dude in the rack.

    Mon, wed, fridays I usually have a client at 8:30. So on those days I usually will try and get in around 7 or workout at 10. I usually then come back for a 2nd workout at 3 or 4.
    On the other days my first client is at 10-10:30 so I'm at the gym around 8.

    Work 9-5, come home and get stimmed up/relax for a bit, lift 6:30 to 7:30

    usually start my workday around 530 and end at like 530-6 then hit the gym during the spring/fall/summer, winter i dont work.

    Gym is right next door to my office so I hit the gym during my lunch break and then eat at my desk when i get back. works out well

    no work on Mon and Wed then lift 8:00-9:30AM on Friday and have work 10:30-7:30. Then work Sat/Sun but dont lift then. :bow:
