how many days before the actual show do u start carbing up?
2 or 3 've been hearing
2 or 3 is the usual but it depends on the person
right now i'm about 208lbs how many gs of grams would you recommend?
grams of carbs? Depends how sensative you are. You tell me how you normally react to carbs and i can give you an idea.
well, i'll usually have one carb up day a week while cutting. i'll have about 400-500 carbs... just for the next day i'll look a lot fuller. as long as i'm taking clean complex carbs i won't gain weight.
i'm not sure if that's what u meant by how sensitive.
also i gain and lose weight easily
i would hit the one day at like 400-500 then cut it to 350 then to 150 also measure your water while carbing up, say 1 1/2 gallon, 1 gallon, half gallon, then none of showday, other then sipping. If your still not filled out or flat sip grapejuice an hour before you go out.
is the 150 on the day of the show or the day before?
sorry bout all the questions, but simple or complex carbs?
use complex, like potato or rice, then simple an hour or so before but small amounts
