I tthink my biggest problem is i wear too many tshirts :o

i bought a blazer to wear regularly in the hopes of covering up better, but when the warmer season rolls around, what do you do? should i just get some longer polo's? :hs:

i picked up the blazer this weekend, $59 at Banana marked down from $350

    Holster -> gunbelt -> wardrobe.

Good holster eliminates printing, gunbelt eliminates sagging and belt roll, and wardrobe covers it all. Chances are your problem lies with one or more of those three.

I can wear a white undershirt and you can barely tell I have a gun on. As long as I wear a shirt that fits me right, you can't tell it's there.

Good holster and belt > *

Had so many problems before I bought a nice leather holster.

I don't worry about it. But then again it is winter so I'm wearing a sweater and a coat.

I can wear a HK USP Tactical and two mags and no one can tell.

When it is 80 degrees out, it may be a bit different.

i can wear a plain white t shirt with my 229R in an MTAC and i don't really print. i'm only 5'10" 165lbs. the mtac holds the grip right in the small of my back at the perfect angle and it does not show.

since i usually never wear a white tshirt and have at least a couple layers with a collared shirt or jacket, i never have a problem with printing.

and like someone said, don't worry about it anyway. people aren't automatically going to assume that that bump on your hip is a gun. and even if they do nobody is going to say anything.

probably it, my g/f tells me she can see it so it makes me paranoid. but then again, she knows i am sporting it.

i mean if you really know what you are looking for it is easy to spot

i think i am really just overly paranoid :o

I'm still figuring it all out too after only 4 months of carrying, but my wife usually has no clue when i'm carrying unless she puts her arms around my waist or pulls in close and actually feels the gun or my extra mag.

I've just been wearing a fleece lately or a long sleeve polo untucked. :dunno:

That's the only problem with Texas. Very rarely is it cold enough to not worry about printing. Maybe 5 days a year will it be cold enough to not shuck the outer layers during the day.

a good belt and large shirts, plus a little print here or there will only be noticed by people looking at you when you print and knowing what to look for, mainly cops and other CC people. The biggest give away is how you act, it you are always fidgeting or adjusting your shirt that is a bigger give away than printing.

The one I haven't mastered is how to prevent a strong wind from blowing your shirt up

I've got the enormous full size .45.

I've looked at supressors, but have no money for one, so no opinion on them either. :hs:

I have yet to carry in the summer, but even on warm days here (like today) a fleece or thin sweatshirt just makes my 1911 disappear in my Tucker Answer. I am certain a T-shirt is nearly as good.
