How many caps per day are you taking?
4-5 prior to lunch and dinner, so approx 10 per day.
2-3 before carb meals
really depends on your carb intake. I think the rec is 1 pill/30g of carbs, and I believe they are "good" in your system for about 6 hours. So I usually drop 1-3 at a time depending on how many carbs I'll be taking over the next few hours, usually about 30min before a meal
I'm consuming though about 150g of carbs for the day so less than 30g at most meals.
2 at most meals...3 if I'm going to waffle house...
this is of course if I remember to take it...I'm bad about that....

Exactly. It's why the same bottle has lasted me forever.
Does this stuff actually work? Can you have a little more carbs than usual and still lose weight?
I usually remember about an hour after I've eaten.
And I take, when I remember, about 5 per day. One before breakfast, and two before lunch/dinner.
so is this the best way to cheat your way out of your cheat meal ?
take a couple of pills and then eat like 20 tacos
