Where are your numbers right now? And what does your routine look like currently?

edit: http://forums.offtopic.com/showthread.php?t=1574598 is the routine chris advised for building a base.

Oh I just noticed that the ruggedmag one is exactly the same.

You can't be working too hard if you're ready to go again after 30 seconds

monday 17 sets, wednesday 16 sets, friday 17 sets. that's 2.6 minutes (going off of 45 total minutes) per set. considering i spend my rest time changing plates and not dicking around... i dont think it's incredibly unbelievable that you can do it in 45 minutes. mine actualy usualy take about 55-60.

i stretch, take trips to the fountain, shit like that. if my breaks were actually 30secs i'd be wasting time and effort somewhere along the way.

An hour and a Half usually....But I am doing 8 sets of squats, incline DB press, Bent Rows and 6 sets of should press....All with 2 minutes rest in between....

I do this on Monday and Thursday.....Tuesday I focus on core, traps and cardio (30 min), Wed...I do core and walk 6 miles with some running depending on how my lower back feels....Friday I will do core, biceps and cardio....

I hit my traps and biceps these extra two days because I feel they are lagging.....
