Seems like it would take an hour at least.
theres like 4 exercises. takes me about 45 minutes including 5 min cardio.
45 minutes or so
45-60 mins with 30sec paces between sets. get in, lift extremely hard, walk to sobeys.
4 exercises, but theres over 17 or so sets.
the DL bench and squat day took me a little over an hour, but these are @ about 2 minute rest periods.
link to chris's routine?
30 seconds rest = cardio
It's not chris's routine, it's Bill Starr's. Original thread:
Where are your numbers right now? And what does your routine look like currently?
edit: http://forums.offtopic.com/showthread.php?t=1574598 is the routine chris advised for building a base.
Oh I just noticed that the ruggedmag one is exactly the same.
after a lot of the sets I have to sit there for a min or two to recover.
Hour to hour/15 minutes. 2 minute breaks or so....
40 minutes to a little over an hour depending on how quickly I can get to the equipment.
You can't be working too hard if you're ready to go again after 30 seconds
monday 17 sets, wednesday 16 sets, friday 17 sets. that's 2.6 minutes (going off of 45 total minutes) per set. considering i spend my rest time changing plates and not dicking around... i dont think it's incredibly unbelievable that you can do it in 45 minutes. mine actualy usualy take about 55-60.
i stretch, take trips to the fountain, shit like that. if my breaks were actually 30secs i'd be wasting time and effort somewhere along the way.
hour and a half - 2 hours
About an hour
An hour and a Half usually....But I am doing 8 sets of squats, incline DB press, Bent Rows and 6 sets of should press....All with 2 minutes rest in between....
I do this on Monday and Thursday.....Tuesday I focus on core, traps and cardio (30 min), Wed...I do core and walk 6 miles with some running depending on how my lower back feels....Friday I will do core, biceps and cardio....
I hit my traps and biceps these extra two days because I feel they are lagging.....
ahhh buddy, we're talking about mondays on bill stars routine
so squats 5x5, dead 5x5, bench 5x5, and incline bench 8x3
