    do you orient the camera plate in the direction that it says to? on the bottom, it has LENS -> pointing to a long side of the plate.. but whenever I mount it that way, no matter how tight I screw it on, the camera will twist slightly on the plate when it's on the tripod at a high angle.

    I mounted the plate with the LENS arrow pointing to the grip side of the camera (instead of to the lens), though, and I haven't had a problem since :dunno:
