www.fitday.com This site keeps track of your food intake. Cals, Carbs, Protein, sodium, all the way down to alcohol. It has a moderately extensive food list. The best feature of the site is that it allows you to put in custom nutrient labels from the foods you buy. www.nutritiondata.com doesn't have the calorie counting tat fitday does but it has a much more extensive food database. I primarily use it for finding the nutrient contents of meats etc.. They even have the nutrition data for specific restaraunts so you know what you're eatting when you cheat or break your diet. I've found the both of these sites unbelievably helpful ever since I started losing weight. They keep me on track or knowing what I'm injesting. Yes you can cheat and not put in the bad foods you eat but you're only cheating yourself and you'll know when you fucked up when you look back through your pages. Hope this info helps at least a few of you.
