for those of you that do yates rows

    how much weight do you use

    i weigh 180 pounds.

    i did them for the first time today and i did:

    135 x 10
    155 x 10
    3 x 185 x 8

    i just want to know if i'm doing them wrong or something it seems like a lot of weight

    that sounds about right, you can do alot more weight this way. Ill start with 225 and go up to 245 as long as my form stays strict.

    Around 225-245 for 10 reps, less weight if I do them near the end of my routine.
