Will the guys who had incredible careers in Pride but say mediocre careers in the UFC get inducted into UFC's hall of fame? For example, if Cro-Cop wins another fight or two but loses one as well, will he be inducted into the hall of fame based upon his previous success?

Probably not since there is no mma hall of fame, but only a UFC one... If their was a mma hall of fame, then they surely would. You can't deny what guys like CroCop, Wand, etc have accomplished over their careers...

    I'm also voting no.

It's not like european basketball players come over here and get inducted into the NBA hall of fame because they were good over in Europe. I know a lot of the fighters have moved back and forth and there's tons of speculation on who is the all time best, but it's really apples to oranges. There's no way to say that CroCop 5 years ago would have leveled Ortiz or whatever sherdog comparison you want to come up with.

Give it a couple of years for the pride fighters to adjust to the new rules and the cage, then you'll see some dominating...

    yeah, then you'll see! yeah

This was part of the reason I asked. Now that the UFC bought Pride they could formally recognize the achievements of those fighters who have now come to the UFC. Naturally, this would only apply to those who are now under contract with the UFC.

I was overwhelmed by the details of your question. :squint:

If a standout hall of fame CFL players goes to the NFL and is an average player he shouldn't be in the NFL hall of fame.

It's not the NFL Hall of Fame... It's the Pro Football Hall Of Fame.

Warren Moon got in on his record in the CFL.

If there was an MMA hall of fame than there would be no question.
