I am currently 5'11" 225lbs. Not very musclar but not fat, I have somewhat of a stomach but its not to the point of being fat. I've been going to the gym 4 times a week for about a month, and i've been on a diet that consists of about 1700 calories for about 6months. Before I started to go to the gym I lost about 15lbs by eating better. Now that I've been going to the gym I thought I might lose weight a little easier, but I weigh the same now as I did when I started. Anyone have any suggestions? I've been taking fish oil and lean green, drinking protein shakes to replace my mid day snacks to go along with my diet. I have a 4 day split of the different muscle groups for lifting and then about 20-30 minutes cardio aftwards.
