    Looks like

I will try to get actual pictures up some time. PM me if interested.

I've had the gun for a few years, and it was my carry gun. So small for the pocket with 12 +1. It came with 2 factory mags. Ordered 2 additional taurus mags for it.

I'd rate it a good 8 or 9/10. You really have to analyze this closely to find a small scratch anywhere. The slide is wearing better than average. Only some slight rubbing. Approximately 1,000-2,000 rounds fired through with little to no problems.

    Double action

$250 + actual shipping or FTF in VA/PA

  2. If you're in VA and you sell to someone from PA, legally you're supposed to do a FFL transfer.

my license is PA... switched it back to PA. I was recently with a VA license for a year.

both state allows FTF for residents. if anyone wants, they can FFL at their own cost. but FTF is legal in both states

  6. Hell, in that case it would be hard to prove anything.

 i know right. i mean i wouldnt force it on someone, but i'm so pro-gun i feel an FFL transfer on anything is a fucking joke. i would however like to see a CCW for my own piece of mind

but yeah. i've had this gun longer than being a VA resident. you bought it off me when I was a va resident

it doesn't matter what your licence was. You may only sell to a resident of your the state matching your current permanent address. It's not a state law, its federal.

Selling any firearms to an out of state resident must go through a FFL.

I'm just telling you the law. Pretty retarded to risk a felony over a $250 handgun.

I'm astounded nobody's talking shit about the gun! Is WMD finally getting their heads out of their elitist asses?

    Good luck on selling, BTW.

My FFL is a fucking rip off and unless I drive an hour to another FFL its not worth it... With my local FFL it'd be $75 in fees. But if you're ever lost in the mountains of East TN and you see me at Wal*Mart or whatever I'll buy it from you.
