How do you guys carry in the summer or if you're living in a non-wintry climate unlike myself.

For instance, this time of year, I usually wear jeans, tshirt tucked into jeans, my MTAC between the jeans and tshirt, then another shirt over that (or more these days, and then usually a jacket over that. no chance I ever mark. curious how I'll do this when it's not 30 degrees or below....?

chime in if you'd like :wavey:

    EDIT: btw it's a G26, and I carry between 5-6:00

EDIT 2: preferably not having to do with a new small revolver....but maybe so

  2. Carry a small, light revolver and it will disappear into an IWB holster, most OWB holsters or a pocket holster. If you're wearing long pants in warmer weather, you can also ankle carry.

don't know if the wife will allow another gun anytime soon, but was looking at some of the S&W lightweights. Might have to do that.

and i'd rather not ankle carry. I think it would show :hs:

  4. Wearing normal straight leg jeans I can't even tell I'm carrying if I look for the gun. It just looks like that's the way the fabric is sitting.

i conceal a 19 in an mtac pretty well in gym shorts and a t-shirt or the likes. it's all about placement and holster cant.

I've been able to conceal my G26 in the MTAC with just a t-shirt pretty good. Pending which shirt I wear I also use my Serpa. Never had an issue printing.

yeah a tshirt won't really matter nor shorts. My cant is so the grip sits perfectly (and comfortably) in the small of my back.

what I am worried about is when I wear dress shirts (I am a designer and most of the time I dress pretty casual in the winter.) How the fuck do you tuck in a dress shirt with an MTAC? (and if you haven't realized, I am not too keen on having multiple holsters for one gun.

Sometimes you just gotta dress around what you carry. For me, I conceal my G19 best right before 3:00. it will show a bit if I wear a plain colored shirt but will disappear with a stripped polo or a light sweatshirt or fleece.

If it's just to hot, sometimes the only option is a pocket gun :hs: Glocks are pretty fat. Also remember, that it's generally OK if you print a little, most people won't notice.

I'd do it, but I don't want to be one of those "nut jobs". plus there's been plenty of cases of getting charged with disorderly conduct in WI when OCing :greddy:

I don't think tuckable holsters are really that stealthy, I think the mysterious clips or loops are quite suspicious in fact.

Pocket holster with a j-frame ftw.

It also depends what your build is. I can easily conceal a G19 or even a 1911 Gov't IWB in a Milt Sparks VM2 under an untucked teeshirt with either pants of shorts.

How do you wear gym shorts with the MTAC? Doesn't the 19 drag them down?

XDSC in a supertuck. Winter, summer, spring, or fall. I generally wear t-shirts in all seasons, jeans in winter/fall, cargo shorts in summer/spring.

    Never had any issues.

i usually tighten the strings on the shorts tight then put the holster w/ the gun in it. works well that way
