for Chest

    What are teh benifits between benching with a barbell to benching with dumbells?

    I've been benching with my chest with dumbells instead of benching with a barbell. Are there any benifits from switching on and off with dumbell and barbell? Would it be ok if I just bench with dumbells and never bench with a barbell?

    Sorry if some of this doesn't make sense :o

    especially when you roll your fucking dumbells across the weightrack like a bowling ball. I hate that shit. If your so much of a man that you can bench 130 pound dumbells pick that shit up and rerack it so you dont crush my feet when Im doing inclines you fuckin asshole.

    i love it when fags drop the dumbells like their frigen bombs. whatever happen to controling the db's. i can frigen sit up with 110s after i'm done when the guy next to me throws down 60s. wtf.

    db's give you a bigger range of motion, and work the stabalizers more.. but bb allows you to do more weight, and overload your muscles more
