Unfortunetly I am one to always skip breakfast. I either sleep too late or I wake up and have to much to do and a cup of coffee kills my hunger pains. However today I had some time and I was down my parents house so I fried 2 eggs keeping the yolk in tact, toasted some wheet bread and put a slice of cheese on the egg and made 2 sandwiches. I felt kinda guilty afterwards, should I? As one who never eats breakfast I'm not too knowledgeable on good protien filled breakfast's that I can tolerate.
