i assume each would work different muscle groups
In front. I was never a fan of behind the neck work.
5 sets standing to the front
5 sets seated to the back on smith
ive never bb'd on shoulders before appart from the smith. I assume standing bb is a much better exercise.
fuck doing them behind the neck
do not want BTN.
timber did this so I tried it.. and I failed and dropped it... got a huge bruise right above my neck bone, still hurts over 1 week later
front. have never pressed BTN
BTN if you hate your shoulders.
zomg cant you get cripped if u dropped it hard
i switch it up front/behind the neck
tend to do front more
I definetly do both.
You mean the drop snatch or getting into position for overhead squats?
Otherwise only time I do behind neck is with hammer strength machine though I've tried bradford press with really light weight.
from the top of my dizzick to the bottom of my bizzalls
behind if im on the smith or power rack , front i'll do those and BB too
butt-fuck timber looks amazing from behind in his av

Ive always thought overhead work was horrible for your shoulders.
i do seated smith for both.
i used to lower it behind the neck for back squats as a part of a complex, but fuck that. my shoulder almost dislocated, and that would've been the least of my problems
yep. was just trying to see if I could get it up. i failed
I do heavy in front and sometimes i'll do a few light sets behind.
