    It's absofuckinglutely correct.

    I graduated from college at 167lbs. 4.5 years later I benched 650 @ 254. I did this sugar free, and JM Blakely is part of the reason I made it.

    I agree with eat more but doing it without eating like shit is a good idea.

    You gotta keep in mind goals. Not everybody wants to end up 250-260 and pudgy/fat.

    Without AAS nobody can really hold 240+ unfat unless you're tall. People are not naturally 240-250+ and lean @ 5'8 - 5'11. Shit even 220 unfat at those heights.. most people can't and won't.

    There are some people that can do it, but it's probably like less than .5% of all lifters.

    OK dude I agree that sometimes I'm negative, but prove me wrong. Show me a picture of someone 5'8 to 5'11 that is lean at 240-260 lb's that has NEVER used AAS or pro hormones.

    That's all I was saying. What you do with a diet is goal dependant. I fucked up and ate like shit up to 280+. I regret it.

    Phil Hernon is holding @ 255 or so at 5'8. Hes been forced to be drug free for 3-4 years because of his probation, he gets tested for AAS. But hes a genetic freak.

    Yeah dude hence I said im sure theres some people out there.. but the average dude cannot hold 250+ pounds, even 230 pounds lean naturally at under 6 feet tall. It just doesn't really happen. In most cases there will be cases of use, either prior or current.

    Nothing wrong with that.. I'm just saying if you're natural then you should be very hesitant to attempt to crawl up to 250+ pounds as a regular height individual.. unless you're ok with the bodyfat or you're a competitive PL or whatever.

    I agree and that's why everybody should take at least 1 gram of test a week. It's the only healthy thing to do!!

    That second article is awesome.

    I don't agree with half of the first one, like potato chips and shit, but if people must, just eat hamburgers, they atleast have protein and lots of calories.

    Actually the thing i hate about that westside article, is i have no clue what most of the lower body exercises are, why can't it stick to the basics, like squats, and deadlifts? Wtf is a box squat.

    No reason to cause a shit storm so I'll just say I think it's just fine to use squats and deadlifts instead of Box Squats and special deadlifts. i don't think anybody will disagree with that.
