    I hear allot of people on this forum talking about strengthening there core. This is something that has been around for a short while, and has helped a few friends of mine.

    I do lying prones with plates on my lower back, seems similar.

    sure it adds some instability, but for what its worth I doubt it'd make any significant difference, I could just do the prones with my feet on a ball.

    My shoulders won't let me go very deep with the ab wheel. Any kind of pullover motion is pretty painful for me though.

    I've seen people hook up a little mini sled to it and walk around. Looks hilarious but supposedly is hard as shit. I didn't try it out though

    I recently started doing the chain suspended ab fall outs.... similar movement.
