just want a digital camera so i can post pics on teh internet, etc. nothing fancy. $200 or just over.

i know im in the price range of a Canon A70-A85 or a Nikon 3200 or something. any general opinion on one brand or the other?

noob question: also as far as 3.2 MP vs 4.0 MP is it just the size of the pic that you can take or does it have to do with image quality as well?

    thanks in advance guys

Minolta G500. It's real heavy but constructed 10x better than the others.

I have the 3200, and I've been pleased with it. It lacks some manual controls, but overall I've been pleased with it.

Here, I am the most biased photographer but FACTUALLY Biased on here. This means I have experience, something some of these canon sackriders :greddy: think they do, but they have yet to even pick up a film camera. Anywho, check out this website. http://www.epinions.com and look for any camera you are interested in. Generally speaking you should find reviews for every camera. They are from real people have used the products for awhile. Also check out, http://www.dpreview.com for in depth reviews of any digital cameras out there. If you are going to take advice from an ot poll :ugh2: you might as well go buy a sony camera.. the ones with the floppy disk in them.. :mamoru:

Right, because i'm automatically required to because you are a nub? I don't have to post anything. If you don't like that then fine, go deal with it yourself. This is the intraweb not a fucking popularity contest, diaf. :fawk:

As said above, I don't have to post proof. I know i'm good, other people know i'm good and so does benjamin franklin. That's enough for me. And if you look in the webster dictionary, lense or lens are the same exact thing and can both be used; it's just what you prefer using. I'm not posting pics because it will lead no where because you are an idiot. :squint: :ugh2:
