 Yeah looking back it wasn't the *best* thing to do. Before I started reading here and posting I had no clue what my diet was like...Honestly I was probably getting around 150g of protein a day if that... Now I am REALLY eating, gettign 250g of protein every day, probably minimum. I'm eating clean too basically following Pur's "bodybuilder" diet except I try to eat a lot more than what's in that plan basically...and cheating here and there but it's a 100% improvement over what I used to do. And the results have shown from my lifting I've really noticed a huge strength boost...

saw a report claiming that if only 2% of your diet was trans fat, your risk of heart disease increased by 25%

dont know the time frame though

So on a 3000calorie diet, that would be 7g's. But also you dont have to report trans fat if its .49g or less a serving. So alot of companies will change the serving sizes so its less than .5g so they can claim 0g of trans fat.
