Can you name foods that are rich in energy and that they last a long time in your body?

I get tired way too fast, so I think I am eating poorly

Ocassional Breakfast is a bowl of cereal
Dinner: Anything with rice, chicken or noddles.
After-dinner: Tea with either cakes or a loaf of bread
you need to eat more in general. you don't eat lunch?
need alot more protein. get some with every meal.
eat whole wheat grains/complex carbs such as brown rice, oats, whole wheat pasta, etc.

oats, slow digestive carbs
