does anyone eat this stuff?
Um, do we hate on food or something guise?
when you say food you mean hydrocodone, right?
8 loaves of bread a week
crossfitters eat food
therefore we hate food
not worth the money imo
food prices are up.... can someone explain why???
trucks only get 20-30mpg, thats why. shit costs so much more to transit. now imagine if trucks got like 5mpg...
Im trying to decide if I want to take this stuff called Creatine, should I take it and should I cycle it?
No way dude you should cycle bread instead.
I like to do 12 week cycles of white alternated with 12 weeks of whole wheat and sometimes I'll use a sourdough bridge. I'm going to experiment with some of the more exotic kinds pretty soon. I might add rye to my stack too.
Its powerful shit my bud lifted 350x5 incline when he was on it.
was his name jared_IRL? nga wanted to steal christopher's digital camera
Damn you must be jacked brawh
You're informed and educated enough to speak about strength training, yet you know nothing of High Intensity Training begat by none other than Arthur Jones himself, and perfected by the legendary Mike Mentzer? I've quoted High Intensity to you verbatim and you call it laughable and rediculous? Be sure to get in touch with each and ever user of this workout and successful bodybuilder and powerlifter out there who use these principles to great success and tell them what idiots they are.
food goes in the mouth...hydrocodone goes up the butt.
I can't envision you without it.
Lol. Can get some mileage out of that one.
in for group buy
This is not a food board.
eating and digestion burns too many precious cals, so just blend it up nice and thin and pin it I say.
My buddy gave me a tub of food he wasn't using, and right now I take 2 scoops in between supplements.
I'm excited to to try the different flavors.
i'm waiting for the food bars and single serving food tubes to come out... so convenient
I wish it came in better flavors though, like "Red Cherry Lightning Explosion."
i've been wanting to try something similar to this, but i don't think i could handle that much just yet. what i was wanting to do is run a 12 week cycle running a white bread/pita bread/bagel stack, then running a 4 week low carb wrap pct cycle to get my natural production back up. would this be too much for my first time? i've been training twice a week for 3 months. my routine is pretty solid, same with my diet. btw i'm 5'5" 210lbs, roughly 20% bf, and i'm wanting to lose weight.
