Ok I thought you guys were exaggerating but this is getting ridiculous. I open the tupperware with the tuna and start to gag/feel like I have 0 appetite.

    Turkey is getting there too..

Tuna does that. I don't even mess with it any more.

Ground turkey on the otherhand, I can consume POUNDS of every day no problem.

Yea I made two turkey meals today instead of 1 Tuna 1 Turkey because I was just disgusted by the thought of opening the can.

At least I can choke down the turkey pretty easy.

I'm hitting a wall with eggs. Hot sauce, salsa, cheese, nothing works any more.

Tuna has always been hard for me to swallow but I don't get a gag reflex from smelling it yet.

My canned tuna tollerance is ZERO.

the smell of fish bothers me, and is much more pronounced in canned fish. I can eat any fish raw/fresh - but put it in a can/jar and I won't go near it. Hell, put any meat in a can and I won't go near it.

But i can see what you mean with getting sick of food. Back in march, most of my carbs were coming from no-yolk noodles. after two weeks of them i had to take a step back...

Variety is key to not getting this feeling, imo

Actually come to think of it Salmon is disgusting, but talapia and other fish are pretty good. As long as it's not the typical tuna/salmon fishy smell I don't find fish that bad.

    two weeks :ugh:

I'm talking about the fact that I've been eating tuna daily with the exception of maybe a week during finals or midterms for 2 years solid.

I hope I never get sick of no-yolk noodles though, they're a godsend.

werd, i could never do that. i get bored of food *reaaally* quick. I couldn't imagine forcefeeding myself food i can't stand in the first place.

I found it easier to get sick of food when bulking, as i'm eating so much of it.

I never thought I'd grow a distaste for eggs but as previous poster stated, cheese, no cheese, hot sauce, adobo, its all getting boring

I think this is one of the best examples of why competitive bodybuilding is so difficult.

Cutler said in his DVDs he eats the same meals year round, and switches to tilapia for 16 weeks on his pre-contest diet.

    3-4 meals/day of tilapia for 16 weeks.

I would shoot myself in the head.

no kidding. its pretty cheap, so that is nice. but damn, if you dont season the hell out of it, tilapia tastes like cardboard

It's just canned tuna for me. *barf*

Tilapia and chicken breasts are much more tolerable to eat year round.

toss a few chopped of slices of black forest ham, it's pretty much as low fat as chicken/turkey breast.

great flavor to eggs, and makes it very omletteish
