I just put my breakfast and everything I have packed into my lunch for today into FitDay. Problem is, I'm way short on calories. I'm shooting for 3000 and only have 1104 - not including what will be eaten after 4pm. However, what are some types of things I can eat/include in my lunch that are high in calories?

    1104? :eek4:

Looks like you're eating girl portions. Half cup of oats, half scoop of whey and 2 TEAspoons of peanut butter?

You're eating decent food, just not enough of it. Increase portions by 3x and don't be afraid to add a McD's to make up the extra cals if you're short.

I ran out of whey this morning. :uh: Order's supposed to be here today though. The cottage cheese is all that was left too so thats why it is a small portion.

It's really not what you eat but how much you eat. Man, ONE toast ?
You seem to eat things that would be great for cutting, you could buy some "normal" ready to eat food : they usually contain meat and lots of cals.

Half of the food you ate could have been just ONE (in-between-meal) shake

    oats+milk+whey+strawberry+yogurt+apple+peanut butter(if you want)

    Use whole milk instead.

Wendy's would make it easy...but I'm trying to stay as lean as possible with summer coming up soon.

I can handle peanut butter. Any other tricks besides putting it into your protein shakes?
