So I was going through my normal day yesterday. Had breakfast 8 AM, lunch 11:30 AM, workout, had a protein shake 1:45 PM. Then about 3PM my stomach starts aching so I think I must be hungry I was like damn already I wasn't planning to eat till 4PM. So I go to the fridge and grab water. Drink it down start preparing my meal. By the time the meal was done my stomach felt horrible. I took one bite, and I knew my stomach was in trouble. I threw up a little. Then took some Pepto Bismol, Ginger Ale, and Water. And I threw up about 5 times over the next 4 hours. I threw up most of my lunch(turkey burger). I usually have tuna everyday faithfully for lunch, but felt like changing up my meal at 7 PM with my lunch. Most of what I threw up was the turkey burger. I feel like shit lol. I'm not working out today. Should I take the rest of the week off or if I feel more energized tomorrow start working out again???
