yeah so last night was a total joke, I had to run to the ER and get IV's and other stupid pointless money costing shit done. How long does it generally last? I've been vomiting non-stop for about 6-7 hours now, but now it kinda moved on to diareah. Any ideas on speeding up this recovery process?

Take around 5grams of vitamin C and E a day, maybe?

Not much you can do really other than let you're body get rid of the shit it does'nt like. Hope this does'nt kill you're gains.

alright I guess I'll give all this water another shot, it feels good while it's in me but not when it's coming back out. Yes I have CoC, but I couldn't close it for my life with how weak I feel right now

oh shit dude sorry I had that about 3-4 weeks ago.
I basically was sapped of energy and was idle for about 5-7 days
It sounds like the worst is over....just chill and make a recovery and worry about your gains later

I had it about a year ago, just drink gatorade and get some rest. When you feel like you can eat, have some chicken noodle soup and toast or crackers.

i had it when i was heavily bulking , its inevitable when i was eating so much food. Theres not much you can do apart from remain hydrated and rest. If you really need to do something, like work, maxolon will usually stop you from throwing up. You can get a shot from your dr.

yeah that's what they gave me in the hospital, seemed to work for the most part until I downed that gatorade too quicky... Feel 100x better now, when is safe to eat normal foods again?

when you feel up to it, but be close to a bathroom. Start with something easily digested. some toast etc.

cant be that bad if youre here!
just rest and wait, gotta let the body clean itself out.
try shit like ginger ale and toast for now if youre hungry

getting sick is inevitable, people shouldnt worry to much about weight loss. It'll come straight back, focus more on recovery than how much weight you're losing.
