food plan

    im checking to see how my eating is doing. I weigh 175 and im 5'11''.
    Breakfast 7am
    4 hard boiled egg whites
    1/2 cup cottage cheese
    little bit of fruit
    1 cup skim milk

    Snack 1030am
    Celery sticks with pb

    Lunch 12
    Turkey and cheese sandwhich on whole wheat
    nonfat yogurt

    Snack 230
    4 oz cottage cheese

    Dinner 530
    meat
    3 hard boiled egg whites
    salad
    pasta of some kind

    Snack 1030
    protein shake w/milk
    4 oz cottage cheese

    I dont think i am getting enough carbs and am getting to much dairy. But it is the easiest. So critque my meals and maybe some suggestions

    doesn't look bad at all, but what are your goals? bulking, cutting, maintaining?

    too much cottage cheese :barf:

    get some chicken in at lunch.. have a tbsp or two of PB w/ your snack.. dont have carbs so close to going to bed..

    :werd: as long as the fat in the yolks fits in with your macronutrient plan, i say they're ok

    lots of protein and other goodness in there, too

    from what i can see your getting VERY little fat, this is not good for anyone who wants to cut, bulk, or maintain, throw in the yolks of some of your eggs at least

    The thing is that he probably thinks that he should avoid fat. He doesn't even get good fats apart from the pb.
