    I'm doing a minor cut after a clean bulk. Trying to lean out and get rid of a few lbs of bodyfat. Are my carbs too high?

    www.DailyBurn.com which is a million times better than fitday.

    I was sort of surprised at how low my fat was actually. What can I add in here that won't raise my cals and carbs but add more fat?

    fat sources? almonds, peanut butter, oils, etc. dropping the carbs will keep total cals in check.

    I had to cut out my natural peanut butter obsession. I was going through a jar a week in my shakes :squint:

    It was the easiest thing to remove to get my calories lower for this cut.

    drop the carbs to ~120g/day and you'll have no prob fitting a jar of pb/wk into your allotted cals.

    I need to ditch milk??? that's horrible news. Ditching pasta is easy i usually have that once or twice a week.

    thats a shit ton of sugar to have before bed too.. go with some cottage cheese and peanut butter. throw a few raisins in there if you want

    Yah thats how I have my afternoon shake at work. I guess I'll only use milk for the morning one and ditch it and the banana for my evening shake. :hs:

    this...could even go 100g carbs depending on how you are on low carbs
