Food intake and pull up bar

    first question: is it alright to just be drinking protein juices instead of having small meals to complete the 6 meals a day? I really don't have time at work and was just thinking of downing those ready made muscle milk every 2-3 hours instead of eating...

    second question: where's the best place to order me a pull up bar to install at home?

    answer 1: it's fine as long as you're getting your macros and calories... ready-made musclemilk shakes are expensive as shit, though... maybe consider making your own or something. also, real food >> meal replacements

    answer 2: are you looking for a door-mount bar? or a power tower type thing (pull-up bar, dip station, etc.)? either way, you can get that shit at sport chalet, big 5, sports authority, whatever you got out there

    I just eat while I work... do that if you can.


    Pop open a tuna can, drain, leave it on your desk or in your work space and take a bite every couple mins while you work. Something like that.

    yikes, that pull up bar is nearly 100 bucks... there's GOTTA be cheaper ones that do the same job.

    well, i'll only drink it so that it equals to the amount i am trying to reach. 1.5 grams times your weight in pounds right? shouldn't be a problem.
