Food advice...

    Hey ya'll. I'm in a "Biggest Loser" contest at work. I'm 3 weeks in and I'm getting tired of salads and subs. Any advice of good stuff to eat that's a little different?

    Oats, chicken, 93/7 lean ground beef, salmon, tuna, spinach, fat free cottage cheese, eggs, brocolli, protein shakes, tilapia, lean ground turkey, lean turkey sausage, buffalo, celery, etc.

    I get them on wheat with only a little mustard and usually turkey as the meat. I've already lost 11 lbs. Still a little over a month to go though. :hsd:

    High protein low carbs...chicken , lean meats etc

    fish, fish, some more fish, ricecake..umm more fish, thensome more fish and maybe a ricecake

    Ditch the subs. Ditch all bread.

    Lean meat, chicken, fish, protein shakes

    atkins is ketogenic. we arent saying to go into ketosis

    I'm down to 151. All my weight is pretty much in my gut. :o
