Is there a program that will allow me to put a password on a folder? The computer is running Windows Server 2003.

I already tried FolderLock but it doesnt work on SBS03.

Besides utilizing the windows NFTS security policies or active directories, is there any other third party software that will simply allow any user to access a folder with a password instead of user permissions?

well.....you can use truecrypt to create an encrypted container, you'll need admin rights to mount (open) it though
