I'm curious to see how often NUDES does his. He has meniscal knee pain that sounds similar to mine and he said that foam rolling helps him. He is actually able to squat and deadlift fairly heavy....which there is no way I can do right now with my good 'ol left knee.

Heavy for most of us, but not heavy in the world of powerlifting. Chris says that about himself all the time.

Rolling my IT band is the worst mix of pain/pain ever. Only pleasurable when i stop.

700 is pretty damn good in strength sports imo

585x5 should put him pretty close

800 and above is freak territory

Hey bro I know, he calls himself an intermediate lifter all the time, I'm not denying his strength (although i'd put him at more like 660 :mamoru: )
