How often do you roll your legs and stuff? Erryday or erry other day?

ive seen these in my gym, anyone got a good link to instruciton on using them?
i only really do it when i'm sore or something is bothering me now
its kinda hard for me to find hotspots now

I'm curious to see how often NUDES does his. He has meniscal knee pain that sounds similar to mine and he said that foam rolling helps him. He is actually able to squat and deadlift fairly heavy....which there is no way I can do right now with my good 'ol left knee.
i just grabbed one and have been rolling my lower back
the conflicting pleasure/pain is incredible
do you wrap your knees or wear sleeves?
Yeah, i'd call a 585x5 deadlift fairly heavy
knee wraps aren't good for your knees im pretty sure
Heavy for most of us, but not heavy in the world of powerlifting. Chris says that about himself all the time.
Rolling my IT band is the worst mix of pain/pain ever. Only pleasurable when i stop.
my upper calves hurt like hell when i roll them. right where they end near the knee.
700 is pretty damn good in strength sports imo
585x5 should put him pretty close
800 and above is freak territory
Hey bro I know, he calls himself an intermediate lifter all the time, I'm not denying his strength (although i'd put him at more like 660 )
