Although this is quite contrary to popular FnN behavior, I am actually trying to go from 160 to 150, not the other way around. Reason being, I'm trying to get down to welterweight class from middleweight, and therefore have to drop some fat. Here's the supp setup first:

    1x mega men sport
2x sesamin (scivation, of course :wavey:)
    2x fishoil (2g)
    1 2x/day lean green
    1 3x/day vpx meltdown

Cardio is bag/mitt work 5 days/week, bodyweight exercises only (pull ups, ab work, pushups, etc.). What should I change? Eatin around 2kCal a day, spaced into 6 meals. 50% protein, 30% carbs, 20% fat. Any advice?

Hmm, I'll write down everything I eat tomorrow and post it up here for y'all to look at and evaluate. Right now I'm eating a can of hormel turkey chili with a 5oz can of canned chicken added, .75oz of pasta shells and some louisiana hot sauce

Yes, I used to weigh in the 230-250 range, dropped to 170, dropped to 160 but still have some inset fat below my obliques and lower abs. It also fucks me in the head to see all my stretch marks and skin sagging around my waist and I have to tell myself I can't do anything about it. :hs:

You really think it's ten pounds worth? Got any pics of your physique? What's your diet like?

I'll take the pics tomorrow morning, but here's where we stand before we head to the gym.

    Cal, Fat, Carb, Protein

    TOTAL: 1916, 55.5, 220, 138

:eek3: Holy fucking carbs, and 41% came from the two iced teas I drank today. This just shows why you should be drinking only water or green tea (both were 17oz of green tea sweetened with turbinado (my weakness  )).

Lower the carbs significantly if you want to cut, and increase your protein to at least 1 gram per pound you weigh.
