Current stats are: Bench 315 x 2. Squat 345 x 1. DL 445 x 1 Today I decided I hadnt maxed my Squats out in awhile so I gave it a go. Basically I failed at 365 x 1 and then 355 x 1. Im on Pur's routine now. Do I need to be squating Twice a week? I feel like I'm making decent progress with my legs but my stats apparantly disagree.
