Im really just eating maintenance calories right now. Clean as possible. Chicken/rice. Steak/Rice/Beans. Tuna. On Whey Shakes 2x's a day. Throw in some peanuts and the occasional diet soda and thats it.
I do want cut down a little more before summers over and the Fat season comes. Maybe I'll throw in a little cardio
Did 50mg/clomid, 1mg letro/day for 5 days. Yesterday had about 1000g carbs, and 2 glasses of red wine before bed. Needed to see how much of this shit is fat and how much is water Got 10 more weeks to get it dailed.
