I can understand people getting confused with diets when it comes to what to eat to get good gains, but I can't for the life of me understand how people have a hard time figuring out diets to lose weight.

I can only guess that people are still looking the the magic answer. It is hard for most people to believe during the intial weeks of a diet and especially during the plateau that people can actually stick to it. I absolutely HATE dieting but the only thing I hate more is cardio. I can only imagine what someone with no form of physical background must think of it.:hsd:

I'm losing on my 'diet' and it's delicious.

And I prefer cardio over lifting, although I am starting to enjoy the lifting a little more as I can do more.

    And no physical background here.
