Im 20 years old 6'3 weigh about 190lbs. I have worked in a HIGH stress/sit down job for 2 years now and have gained fat in places. Back through highschool I was 6'3 played sports and was about 160lbs. (skinny I know) However I was "toned". I have lost it and now I have a tummy and love handles that I hate. I hage cut out soda 100% for the last 7 months. That has made me feel alot better. However my diet and lack of excersise is catching up with me. I work 6pm-6am and work a 2on 2off 2on 2off 3on 3off. So my slepp is all kinds of fucked up. Now I can do simple sit-ups and stuff at work during slow periods (when idiots are not calling 911) My FN question is what should I start with? Everyone is telling me differnt things to do. Soem say just do like 50 sit-ups twice a day. Is it better to do that or like reps of 50 then 40, 30, 20, 10? Thanks for the help EDIT: Im not looking to lose the weight but would like to tone it all up.
