I stopped taking him seriously here:
If you would willingly use a 5.7mm as a carry gun, you really can't be expected to make sound choices elsewhere in life.

Pretty shitty how FN treated him. Makes me think twice about the PS-90.

edit: oh, his malfunction caused it to explode. poor wording on his part :hsughno:

  13. He used the commas properly to set off the clause in the sentence. There is nothing wrong that sentence.

If you're going to nit-pick, at least be right.

Honestly though, if you were a gun manufacturer, and you had someone call you and said their gun KB'd while they were shooting reloads, would you try and help them out?

true, but reloads dont help his case.

also, wouldnt you be able to tell if it was out of battery?

It sucks that he will more than likely be denied help because of the reloads. If it really did fire out of battery, it could have happened with any ammunition.

Seems to me he should have seen that his gun was out of battery, assuming that it was at all.

I love how he said he was only shooting 55gr reloads, but then says he was shooting three different loads. I'm betting on the reloads as well.
