these are the things that u plug into the headphones jack of a cd player or mp3 player and u can transmit the track over the radio and pick itup in ur car, for example. I got a belking one and it absolutley sucks.im going to return it and get my money back. now my question is is do they all suck. i'm thinking of getting an itrip (for my ipod mini) and using that in my car but i want to know if it is even worth it. anybody ever try them?

i have the belkin, and it doesnt suck at all - infact ive bought 2, the tunecast 1 and tunecast 2 - the 2nd version is nice - good range and can be used on any frequency etc... well worth the money.

also - if i had an ipod, i would use the itrip just for the fact that it fits so nicly on top - but if you dont use ipod, the belkin is a worthwhile alternative and its one of the most useful things ive bought this year.

check the reviews there for fm transmitters, iirc they rated the iTrip as the best. the iTrip mini version is also very good.
