these fuck-twat transport companies delivered my new car today and apparently had it sitting under the Exxon Valdez. The car above had oil dripped on it, now I hit it with a clay bar, came up fairly easy (however my new clay bar looks more like a piece of gum from 1946 pulled from under a table). However there's one small spot (2" long, maybe 1/2" wide) that's got a yellowish/green tint to it. I figure it was coolant. It won't come up, washed it, hit it with clay... fucker won't budge.
How fucked is this spot? I'm already bitching out the transport company and plan on filing a claim. Unless if someone can tell me is there a way to get this green tint off the paint. The car's a steel gray '06 Audi.

thanks, and I hope you guys have good news :x:

(but I'm not counting on it :wtc: )

No idea what it would take without at least seeing a picture and even that might not help. Have you tried polishing it?

it's hard to see, but the discoloration runs from the crease in the hood down to the gap between the hood and front fender. Like i said it's a faint yellow color, it's extremely smooth, feels like the rest of the paint that I went over with clay, just slightly raised. Now I'm not sure if it was coolant, any idea what it could be (I'm going to try and polish tonight). Here's a pic, it's not much help as you can barely see it. Once the sun comes out, I'll try and get a pic, the flash in the garage washes out any detail you might get.

I see what you're talking about now. Thanks for the pic.

Polish and take a pic in full sun.
