I imagine it involves a fuckton of boxing and conditioning work.

Since you know, they're boxers and all.

i heard mayweather did some weird sporadic training that involved going on runs at like 2am... but i wouldn't point to that as the cause of the bodyfat percentage

it's mostly diet and conditioning, i'd imagine. they probably box/jumprope/spar for hours on end

Both of those guys are actually pretty tiny. They'd crush my face in, undoubtedly but they're pretty tiny nonetheless.

most boxers train like idiots. long distance running as training for boxing makes no sense.

It's not the size of the pound on the boxer. It's the size of the penis in the butthole.

Well duh. I'm not a professional fighter.

As a physique goal however I find them sorely lacking. What good is being ripped if you're the size of a high schooler?

because performance is more important then having gay dudes jerk off your big muscles in a gym locker room.

training should reflect competition....how often are boxing matches slow leisurely bouts? NEVER!

Training for most sports is still stuck in the 70's because of the "this is how we've always done it" mentality.
