Anyone here do them?
Do you use a normal flat bb bench grip, or a close grip?
pinky on ring, so i suppose the answer is normal
i will say that i usually on do these when my back is wrecked and i dont feel like even attempting to arch on bench, otherwise i would never do them
I do them from time to time. I also like setting two benches up to form a tee, and putting my feet out on the second bench better. Like a floor press, it removes the leg drive and is full range of motion. For me, a floor press isn't full range of motion. I attributed a fair amount of off-the-chest-strength to doing these.
