Whilst doing a clean 3 weeks ago I tore my flexor tendon in my left wrist. It hasn't been too painfull, but I have not been able to lift weights cause I am worried about damaging it.
I will most likely be going for surgery once my ultra sound results are in, but my doctor is quite certain its torn off the bone.

Has anyone experienced this? if so, have you been able to lift weights at all? I am going nuts not lifting weights or playing sports. Do you think lifting light weight will affect it?

I've torn my hip flexor before and had to sit out from activity for a week or so. As far as lifting weights with a torn wrist flexor? I wouldn't do it. Especially before asking a doctor.

I hate cardio with a passion. The only cardio I do is sports, but I cant play rugby, football or do mixed martial arts.

I am really at a loss, and in fact already feeling depressed.

    Dunno what I can do.

I tore my flexor carpi in my right forarm. Painful as fuck right in the elbow whenever I would do serious lifting. I tried everything I could to make it bettter. The only thing you can do is lay off lifting or arm excercises. Just squat like mad.

Squatting is hard cause it puts a lot of pressure on my wrist when I hold the bar. Did you have surgery to fix your tendon?

You could spend some cash and buy a safety squat bar and get your legs freakeshly strong while your wrist is recovering!!
