I know, I always stretch, but I was looking at dynamic stretching and other stretching methods and was wondering if anyone did them.

I would do Yoga if I was in your position, though I've never personally done it, there are a lot of people I respect who told me it greatly helped their flexibility. Honestly though, just doing some basic stretches 5x week and making sure you're holding them long enough would probably make a big difference.

static one day, pnf the next. Then work with thing like tennis balls , golf balls, baseballs, foam rollers for massaging and trigger points.
