fleaxability exercises?

    ok my flexability sucks and always has been sucking major balls
    i can't touch my toes, furthest i can go is like my ankles... and now my arms are kind of losing flexability too

    is there something i can do to become more flexible?

    stretch (arm strong)

    remember the good ol high school days where the PE teacher has you stretch for warm ups? doing those every morning or before exercising help

    What [email protected] said...just stretch. I usually spend about 15-30minutes stretching after lifting or sports activities. I basically do every stretch I have ever been taught or can think of. Works well.
