I was told by my doctor to start eating more fish in order to get more "good cholesterol." But sweet jesus, I hate the taste of fish. A lot of the Fish oil caplets I see say cholesterol free, but there are some that don't, and lots of Flaxseed caplets that don't. Would it be beneficial to start on either, or both? Also, I'm trying to lose weight, will the added fatty acids make a difference?
