Ok, I'm sure that I'm not the only one out there who has problems with flash, when I visit sites like youtube, I get an error that flash is not installed or javascript is turned off. I know how to fix it, I just need to run the flash active x uninstaller, but it;s a pain in the ass to have to do every couple of days.

Does anyone have a more perminant fix for this? I have it happen both at home and at work, both systems are legit copies of xp pro, fully patched, no viruses, no spyware, etc.
